Rich Content Director is a powerful, easy-to-use, web-based Content Management System, providing full control over video content you want available to Mobile and Desktop customers. RCD receives video content from 3rd party providers, manages the video encoding process, and can automatically categorise and publish content to your mobile or web portal, ready for customers to stream and download.

Looped Media Server enables operators to create playlists that can be continuously streamed to clients. This technology is great for creating new channels based on pre-recorded video. It is often used as a backup for live channels in case a 3rd party connection fails.

Media Monitor is a live window into your currently playing live and looped streams. Commonly mounted on a large LCD/Plasma screen within a Monitoring Room, Media Monitor displays currently running streams as your mobile customers will see them.

The Video on Demand Encoder enables the transcoding of multiple incoming video formats into approved and tested output formats. This enables Media Delivery Suite to create multiple sized and quality outputs for differing end-user profiles.

Service Dashboard is a powerful monitoring solution, which automatically analyses trends and delivers a meaningful view of your business services. Service Dashboard just cares about whether your service is providing what you and your customers expect from it (eg. you are billing customers once for each billable transaction - not twice, or not at all; or the links on your web server all go somewhere valid).

Media Delivery Suite supports and delivers live broadcast to the end-user. The source is usually a real-time broadcast feed such as live sport, news and current events.

Live Media Encoder is designed to enable you to capture live video and audio, while streaming it in real-time using our Stream & Download Platform.

Fast Channel Switching enables a viewer to quickly change video sources without reloading the video application. This is achieved by having the video server maintain a connection to the client while switching the channel (or input stream) on the back-end.
